Hate Maskne? We Hear You…

The Dubai spa making a mockery of maskne with a menu of acne-fighting facials.

It’s the year’s most hated skincare trend, and unfortunately, millions of us are following it.

Maskne – otherwise known as spotty, irritated skin caused by the essential act of wearing a face mask – is now genuinely a thing, yet another unwanted facet of misery bolstering the utterly hideous coronavirus pandemic.

Prompted by the acute spike in those suffering from spots and complexion issues, skincare experts at UAE-born spa group Sensasia have devised a designated Maskne menu of deep-cleansing facials to help battle these mask-induced breakouts.

Combining an array of top-notch exfoliating, detoxifying, and skin-calming products and therapies from brands including Natura Bissé, Elemis, and Vie Collection, the menu also includes two treatments designed specifically for teenage skin.

From now until October 31, treatments from the Maskne Menu are on offer for up to 40% less than usual, with each facial including a bonus 15-minute hot stone massage to relieve tension, topped off with cooling cucumber slices for the eyes. Dreamy!

Available at SENSASIA Urban Spas in Dubai at Emirates Golf Club and The Village, Jumeirah, select treatments are on offer at THE SPA by SENSASIA at Grand Plaza Mövenpick Dubai Media City.
