Starting this Wednesday, yoga, pilates and fitness centre Inspire Studio are launching a series of ‘Sound Off Yoga In The Park’ sessions at Dubai Hills, inviting both new and accomplished yogis to take their class outside and enjoy the glorious January weather whilst reconnecting with their deeper selves.
Featuring a range of different yoga styles to expand the consciousness and explore your connection with nature, each participant will be given a set of wireless, noise-cancelling headphones, allowing for full concentration on the body and the breath, and offering an entirely immersive yoga experience.
“When you take your yoga outdoors, you have a deeper experience of your practice,’ says yoga instructor, Nerry Toledo. ‘There is nothing like the gentle breeze lightly brushing up against your skin, the view of the endless sky, the earthy scents of trees, bushes, flowers and the melody of birdsong to make you present.”
Totally free for the first session this Wednesday, January 13, with future classes every Tuesday and Friday priced AED60, each outdoor session will be run adhering to full public health procedures.
