Sharon has spent the last 30 years as a women's health and wellbeing coach, successfully helping hundreds of women with their mindset towards weight, menopause, and fitness challenges. As Sharon approached her 3rd stage of life, it became more and more apparent that women have to work really hard to keep physically and mentally positive. At the age of 44 she was in the best shape, ate well, proudly ran marathons, completed triathlons, and went on lots of adventure travels.
Then what felt like a switch overnight, the shift started to happen, Sharon hadn’t changed a thing in her diet and exercise, but the weight crept up, her shape changed and energy levels declined. The day had finally come and she started applying the years of experience and study about menopause on herself. The valuable information she was already using with clients, she realized applied ot her - she was not exempt.
Applying these methods, her weight stabilized but more importantly, sleeping patterns improved, energy levels were back up, and she felt healthier, fitter and back to feeling in control! 8 years on she is still embracing it, loving it and wants every woman to feel the same. Sharon believes it doesn’t matter what age you are, the information you will learn is invaluable and, she wants to enable you to get through this transition in a positive manner and change the narrative to be part of the new menopause generation. Her mission is to end with the negative narrative that surrounds menopause and create a positive can-do mindset.
