SUNDAY FEBRUARY 28

Love Thai food? We hear you! And the newly-launched Stir Fry Sundays from Fuchsia Urban Thai is just the spicy kick we need to start the week. From 12pm-11pm, dine-in customers and their plus one can enjoy the set menu for two which includes a starter, two stir fry mains, and a dessert, all for an amazing AED150. Available every Sunday at Fuchsia Urban Thai Bay Square and Barsha Heights, this is one seriously hot dinner deal!

MONDAY MARCH 1

W Dubai The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant Torno Subito’s latest tasting menu is one that shouldn’t be missed. Meaning ‘The Broths: Extraction & Infusion’, ‘I Brodi: Estrazioni & Infusioni, is available throughout March , and comprises an array of masterfully-upgraded Italian broths.

The six-course feast starts with Welcome From The Kitchen, a creamy soup with pastina and Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by Granchio In Ceviche, a fresh crab salad, served with red cabbage in a fragrant yoghurt dressing, coupled with Mediterranean ceviche. Main courses include Asian-inspired Ramen Di Funghi, with porcini tagliolini, pickled egg, pak choi, and a special mushroom infusion; Bollito, a succulent tender Wagyu cheek and tongue, dressed in peppers, salsa verde and a beef juice, and home-made seabass Ravioli, served with a foamy lemon broth and bottarga. Finally, Torno Subito’s dark chocolate 3 Cioccolati tops off your  Italian culinary adventure. 

Priced AED499 per person, diners whom order two of the tasting menus to their table will receive a complimentary bottle of house grape. Available  Sunday to Thursday, 6:30pm- 11:30pm, and Friday and Saturday, 12:30pm – 11:30pm .

TUESDAY MARCH 2

Following their super-successful Chef Unleashed dinner in January, modern Parisian bistro Cassette DXB are hosting two more exclusive dining events in March.  

With just 40 spaces available at each of the events, the first dinner of the month takes place on March 2 at 8pm, showcasing five stunning courses which will remain a secret until the night itself. With an array of meat and seafood dishes, Chef Shaunne Cordier’s menu has been created with an aim to explore and exploit Cassette’s true experience, giving all diners an insight to the true modern Parisian cuisine. Priced AED350 per person, payments can be made in advance by cash or card at Cassette, The Courtyard, Al Quoz.

WEDNESDAY MARCH 3

Starting at 6pm tonight, Bab Al Shams Desert Resort’s signature Indian cuisine restaurant, Marsala, will be welcoming lovers of Indian cuisine from far and wide to the launch of their Street Food Festival. Running from March 3-20, the festival offers diners the chance to sample dishes from live cooking stations set up in stalls inspired by street food stalls from all over India. With must-try street food staples including Chaat Pakora and Dahi Vada to North East Indian fare like Chicken Momos, Vegetable Chowmein, Bangali Curry, Mutton Biryani and an array of classic desserts washed down with fresh lassi and chai, we’d recommend not having lunch on the day you visit!
