We love trying out new places to eat and, this Friday, we’ll be heading to the new Private Dining branch of Just Vegan on Jumeirah Beach Road, Umm Suqeim 1 – the city’s first private dining vegan destination.

SEVA Experience is known for bringing the world’s best therapists and healers to the UAE, and the next few weeks are no exception.
This Saturday, and every Saturday throughout the holy month, Seva is hosting a Ramadan Spiritual Cleanse with Theta Healing Master Mihaela Elhaj. Occurring most often during sleep but also dominant in deep meditation, theta brainwaves (4-8Hz) are known as our gateway to learning, memory, and intuition, when our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on the signals originating within.
A powerful meditation experience designed to reduce stress and pain, regain emotional balance, improve focus and productivity, ease anxiety and depression, and increase creativity and compassion, each weekly session will focus on a different subject in order to achieve a cumulative healing effect.

Al Qudra Lake
